They should put some crystals on Ms. Liberty and Mrs. Equality and sell for spot + $200
 
Pair of 2 silver proof coins from 1989 commemorating the 1689 bill of rights and claim of rights tercentenary, beautiful finish each coin is struck in sterling silver and weighs 15.98 grams. mintage 25000.

Site looks a bit dodgy, but I paid with paypal and got the coins no problem.

These coins are hard to find on ebay, since you are not supposed to sell North Korean stuff since April of this year.
