The Ukraine's debt has doubled in a year.
In October 2013, they had 38.6 billion USD
In October 2014, they had 72.9 billion USD
The ministry of exterior claims 54.6 % of the debt is external (39.8 billion USD).

I guess all that "help" from the west is accumulating up. Better thing twice before you let someone help you. :|
