The tumble isn't going to stop at $16 USD

I hope you're right since I very much like to buy shiny silver at bargain basement prices. :)

Yes, you sure can get a lot of it for your dollars now. I realy shouldn't but those 5oz Scottsdale 'Buttons' from the other thread are looking tempting.

I don't see anyone I know who is a serious stacker heading for any exit ! All I see are serious stackers slowly adding to their stack! Maybe we live on another planet but that is what I see. Those heading for the exit and selling are not stackers but those large players in the paper market. Sure stackers are concerned. The fundamentals have been thrown out the window as the central banks pour cash into the equity markets which may soon turn into a black hole as they always do. Sure people are worried about metal prices and the crazy state of the western world. Yes war is looming on every front and there is civil unrest looming everywhere. To me this is an opportunity to add oz slowly and carefully. This is not a time to panic or listen to poor advice from shills. This will pass and hopefully SS will use this time to accumulate more PM.

Good summary. I think even semi-serious stackers will be adding ounces here and there during the drop.

The real question that must be weighing on the minds of serious stackers is: when will be the right time to go all-in and seriously load up?
When it reaches $9/oz! :)

The AUD has no where to go but down.
Not a good moment to invest in Aussie properties then. By the way, does anybody know of discussion forums that focus on Aussi properties? I know that this isn't the right place to discuss this (being a silver stacker forum), so if anybody know, I would be grateful if you can send me a pm. Thanks! :)

Soon, real soon, I hope, oh well keep stacking all the way down, wont miss the bottom then. Slow and steady wins the race.

FWIW $14.75 and $12.55 seem like nice numbers, but then again $8.44 does too :P

Why not? Aussie properties denominated in AUD are going to look like a bargain to overseas investors. Prices may adjust upwards.

Exactly. Wait for the A$ to drop further, and then buy. Same as with silver. Wait for it to drop to $10/oz, and then buy! :P

We've some of the most expensive real estate in the world. You've probably never heard of land value bubbles. A few points off the dollar is just the start of the value equation.

You can post it in the Real Estate sub forum http://forums.silverstackers.com/forum-27-real-estate.html

There's also the Somersoft.com forums, but be warned they're as bullish as PM enthusiasts!

But in their case, they have so far been correct to be bullish on property.

Is it time to mothball the stacker truck?
