Yes, you sure can get a lot of it for your dollars now. I realy shouldn't but those 5oz Scottsdale 'Buttons' from the other thread are looking tempting.

Good summary. I think even semi-serious stackers will be adding ounces here and there during the drop.

The real question that must be weighing on the minds of serious stackers is: when will be the right time to go all-in and seriously load up?

Not a good moment to invest in Aussie properties then. By the way, does anybody know of discussion forums that focus on Aussi properties? I know that this isn't the right place to discuss this (being a silver stacker forum), so if anybody know, I would be grateful if you can send me a pm. Thanks! :)

FWIW $14.75 and $12.55 seem like nice numbers, but then again $8.44 does too :P

Why not? Aussie properties denominated in AUD are going to look like a bargain to overseas investors. Prices may adjust upwards.

Exactly. Wait for the A$ to drop further, and then buy. Same as with silver. Wait for it to drop to $10/oz, and then buy! :P
 
We've some of the most expensive real estate in the world. You've probably never heard of land value bubbles. A few points off the dollar is just the start of the value equation.
