Really? :/ I don't see it? Mind pointing out what gives you that impression?
I see the opposite, where currently both buyers and sellers are basing price on the paper spot.
As I eluded to above, premium should not be confused with price-disconnect.
These are examples from the SS sales sub-forum just from today:

"We all know spot has died in the ass..."
"Prices are good until spot breaks through $27.00 ..."
"Individually I will sell the coins at $1 above the spot price...."
"Price good until spot goes over $28.50...."
"Offer is good until spot goes over $27.10..."
"I wanted items without packaging and close to spot...."
"Fluctuating spot price! Still taking offers..."
