(...) shipments and time.
partial shipments yes. because of insurance on the parcels. (...)

so, all insured

where did they say that? I really hope so.

I really hope I at least get my money back, the worst case is when everyone pushes me back and I end up losing 3400 dollars. *sighs*

I would love more if they can get the insurance money and send me my Wolverines, but at this time, how rare the coin is, I don't really dare to hope. :(

I just can't get over how UPS can drop a package at value of 2600 Euro at my door without any signature. Some punk in my neighbourhood just hit the jackpot.

Did you report it to the police? Perhaps other packages in the neighborhood have been stolen too. $3400 is a lot of money and the police should take notice. If it was a neighborhood punk, he might try to sell it at a pawn shop or on Craigslist for some quick cash. Here in the US, pawn shops have to hold any new items for thirty days before thay can resell them. This gives the police a chance to check for stolen goods. If it was a mistake or theft by a UPS employee, hopefully UPS will step up and reimburse you. Good luck.

You will not get any money back from UPS. Only sender can get it. That's why they (UPS) told you to contact numiscollect. They have copy of the receipt and only they can rise the claim, not you.

UPS delivered my hedgehog yesterday, rang the bell, Lucky I was home, And didn't make me sign for it... very weird..
I hope kingofwale you get this straightened out...
This is crazy

Anyone interested in buying my Wolverine ? I'm in Canada but can ship wherever.

sure, how much? An arm and a leg or just an arm? Depending on the price I would consider it.

hey guys, I don't know where to post this, but I really need some advice right now

I ordered 2 Wolverine from NumisCollect.eu. I paid 1300 EU each (2600 in total) and I was told that 90 EU went into Shipping.

however, UPS in canada decided it's okay enough to simply drop my shipment at my door without any info. Now it's lost. :(

I'd think that paid 90 EU for shipping would get some kind of signature information instead of a bloody drop shipment.

I contacted Numiscollect yesterday and today, (UPS stated that I had to contact them first), what should I do here?

Any progress? Did you find your package?

numiscollect couldn't do a trace until this Wed, because of 2 holidays in a row in Netherlands, so we won't find out about it much later. :(

best outcome is that they find my package within UPS internally, if not, I don't even know if numiscollect has another 2 to give me. *sighs*

I'm currently dealing with a problem shipment too. Maggie ordered some coins from me and I shipped them on the 13th of april by registered mail. The tracking has been stuck at shipping out from new york since the 19th. Still says in route. Guess they took the scenic route?

Try with the usps code in the australian post site.

the label # says not traceable on the aussie site. the customs form # recognizes it as a international shipment but shows nothing having to do with tracking information.

This is the first problem I've had with an international shipment and ironically it's on a package I shipped registered precisely because I wanted to be absolutely sure I had no problems!
