I've asked this question before, if there's anyone who has dealt with intercoins... There was no reply. I for one, has never dealt with them. Sorry, can't help u there...

This is my experience with them so far. When I went to their website, they say to email them for a quote. Well I filled in my email and left the amount they had prefilled @ 349 euros and submitted. Within five minutes I got a response and she said that it was available for preorder at that price. I was a little nervous about paying 500 US per coin, especially since I found no feedback on them, but I did some research and found out that they have an eBay account as well that is active and selling coins daily . They have 100 percent feedback @835+ deals, so I went ahead and asked for three. I asked her if they'd be selling it on eBay, and for some reason they won't be selling this coin there. When I got the invoice, instead of 349 euros, they only charged me 249 each. I didn't say a word, and just paid that via PayPal. This was only maybe 3 days back. Also after my transaction with her, they moved the quote up to 399 euros on their website hehe. We'll see how it goes, and since I paid through PayPal I can always file a complaint if something goes wrong. Maybe we can keep each other up to date.

Also their username on eBay is intercoins-berlin, and their contact information is the same as the invoice.
 
I paid by paypal as well but I only ordered 1 from her. Trying to spread out my risk. Will keep you posted if/when I get my coin.
 
If you go to "gulo gulo " on ebay, someones asking $3,999.00 for the wolverine...
As a matter of fact, there's really none for below $2,950.00 from what i'm seeing..
 
After I show the real coins of my wolf, owl and picture of hedgehog to my colleauges, 4 of them instantly become member of hedgehog club now. They already collected few owls and hedgehogs, but wolf price is out of reach of many beginner.

There is actually another person selling the wolverine at usd 2350, but unsure how long the price will stay... The same seller had it at usd 1975 just few days ago...

I don't think the wolverine has much room to go up in value as the current prices are just stupid. It is up to the owl and hedgehog to play catchup now so I think you're far better off buying a few of those than 1 wolverine.

Some choose to stay clear out of common sense ;)
 
Roman, I would agree with you. Even though they won 2 awards for coin of the year, Prices have gone insane. The owl and the hedgehog do have to catch up, But as well, The wolverine is the 1st piece of the series. I've been in the business since the early 70/s, And by far, these are the most gorgeous museum quality pieces I have ever seen...

I wouldn't be surprised to see maybe a little pullback in the near future possible....

And these are asking price which doesn't mean anything if no one is buying. I think around $1500-$1600 is a fair price for the wolverine coins.

Last done transaction was usd 2100 + 80 shipping. I think usd 2k is the new asking price, at minimum.

^^^ This. The minimum counter-offer for the wolverine from these Ebay sellers ATM (who seem to have a stack of these coins) has been $USD2000.
 
If the gulo selling at USD 1500 - 1600 out there, Please let me know. I might to grab one or two as I have no gulo but only owl and hedgehog. Thanks in advance.

Looking at the trend, the price for the Gulo Gulo can only go up as the offers seem to come from the same few sellers. I am taking the price for the Tiffany Liberia 2004 as a benchmark; even with considerations given to its lower mintage of 999 pieces and it's weight of 2 oz.

To my naked eyes, the Gulo Gulo has more to offer, in terms of design. Some may say, the price has reached its peak, I'd say... THere is a long way to go.
