Could've been worse, I might have been drunk too!

I've taken up drinking since being called a socialist this week. It's a coping mechanism.
Guess you'll think twice about using other peoples money to help the sick/elderly/disabled next time komrade.

That doesn't make me a socialist. It's a trait of being part of a civilised society.

The biggest barrier to starting a business in this country is not money or government regulations, it's courage and imagination. You can start a business with very little financial backing, but your going to be working hard. It takes ten years to be an overnight success.

Sure the world is full of injusticeses and tuff deals, but if you think we are even close to a tuff deal in this country (Australia) then a serious dose of perspective is required.

Yes. Australians need to understand the idea of "First World Problems".

Was that you?
Crickey.
We seem to be on the same track most of the time, so i retract my "socialist" accusation:)
I hope you read my update on that thread.
I am all for helping out the less fortunate, BUT am against the forced nature in which we are required to do so.
We often help those in need, but we get very very upset when we KNOW FOR FACT the money we pay in taxes to help ends up getting smoked and drunk by lazy no good leechers of society.

No shit. Joe Hockey could at least try not to get photographed drinking and smoking cigars. Scum the lot of them.
