I bought this 2009 St George the Victorious recently, direct from Russia. It checks out sonically, and weight wise, and is not magnetic, but it has a discoloring on the face side only, or at least it is only visible on the face side, and along the edge of the coin. (see photos)

Does anyone know if this is something typical to Russian bullion coins, ie is it something to do with bad production methods from the mint?
Any feedback much appreciated, I am hoping i have not bought a pup, but have not seen staining on an uncirculated bullion coin before
