Dream it and you can do it.
Following on from the thread about the 1oz Bruce Lee silver coin.
Today I got home to find the Downies catalogue had arrived in the mail. I flick through the pages to find Bruce Lee prominently displayed:
The first thing I notice is that the image looks to be the exact size of a kilo coin. I check and confirm my suspicion:
Well, the next step is obvious. Make my own BRUCE LEE KILO COIN! At this stage I have probably put in about as much effort as the Perth Mint did in coming up with the design for the Bruce Lee coloured coin.
Time to break out the tools:
Fortunately I have some scuffed old capsules to use for this project:
Reconfirming the size. Looks good:
Some quick cutting with the capsule as the template and I'm almost done:
Now here comes the magic. The final assembly process. I apologise to Bruce for using a dirty capsule.
