SLR - Macquarie rates the stock as Underperform
BY BROKER NEWS - 17/04/2014
SLR - SILVER LAKE RESOURCES LIMITED
Silver Lake's production fell 8% short of the broker, revenue was slightly weaker and costs slightly higher. The broker has rejigged its earnings forecasts to reflect the closure of Murchison and the ramp up of Mt Monger.
Underperform and 30c target retained. The broker agrees with the decision to close Murchison but needs to see some cash generation form Mt Monger before it can feel more confident.
Sector: Materials.
Target price is $0.30.Current Price is $0.42. Difference: ($0.12) - (brackets indicate current price is over target). If SLR meets the Macquarie target it will return approximately -38% (excluding dividends, fees and charges - negative figures indicate an expected loss).
