Its all tracked. Options you have.
To get ride of the ads but not stop the fact that you're being tracked you can use
Ad blocker plus -
https://adblockplus.org/
Ghostery -
https://www.ghostery.com/en/
This will stop the ads but not fully stop the fact you are being tracked.
To surf the web anonymous is much more difficult and requires either the use of VPNs( virtual private networks) or of a project like TOR
https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Tor_(anonymity_network)
I think tor is illegal in some countrys like the UK that have recently banned the use of Encryption in this manner. Basically its becoming illegal to try to stop being tracked.
But the first two apps will stop with the Ads.
As copperhead said any thing can happen. We are already tracked and identified. Even the GPS in your phone stores GPS data on remote servers indefinitely so some one knows where you've been if they choose to check if you took your phone with you.
There are alternative search engines to Google that advertise that they don't track you. So this could help a little maybe? In practice you'll still probably get tracked using the various other tracking methods available even if the search engine its self does not track you.
One search engine is:

There is another one but I can't remember off the top of my head.
Google cookies Analytics cookies are part of the silverstackers website I noticed.
