Can someone kindly explain to me why the Cartel wants to keep prices low just before or during futures contract expiring?

I think they will dig in at $1750 and $33.90.
Goes to show what happens when you put a artificial cap on something and then the pressure is released.
 
i don't think any of us will imagine the biggest moves of this bull run before its over. I feel alive again tonight

I think i will wait till 35.20, if this level is breached, I will do "a wrcmad" and reenter at 35.80.

I've found google chrome to be the fastest. Firefox isn't bad either
 
OK so option expiry from today (well wed morning early in the morning) So my plan is to hedge my open long positions starting at crimex opening till options expiry and then switch and go long. Likely hood of a beat down tonight is quite high IMHO with targets of 1735-1740 and 33.50-33.66. Tomorrow morning it's off to the races... yeah haaa Hiho Silver (not the SS member)

Well that was a fizzer. gold down 0.43% Hardly anything out of normal trading day :| . So closed hedges for a small profit and turned 1/2 into longs and 1/2 into longs @ 1753
