Selling Litecoins

I go to sleep and the damn price doubles overnight.
Got to love (or hate) this casino investment.

BUT...it's already a bitch to buy Litecoins (buy Bitcoins and then convert ).
But how to sell Litecoins quickly for AUD?
Because if the plan was to convert back into Bitcoins, then that doesn't mean much if the ratio between them is getting worse.

Anyone cash out their Litecoins?
