I like them to tell you the truth. Though with the law suits and toubble the mullligan mint is in I dont know if I would purchase from them.
 
I will go a step further.
They damaged the Brand sbss, they damaged their name Mulligan mint, Re-branding is damage control for any corporation.
When a brand is damaged or looses public appeal, the wolf in sheeps clothing is the easiest way to deal with the issue.
 
Marketing Director Trey Stinnett, did leave the mulligan mint, he is the man behind these coins.
They are very careful not to let on who are minting these rounds, all of them pictured are minus a mint mark.
 
People that signed up for the SBSS newsletter through Mulligan mint are receiving these emails.
So you must ask, how did secondarrow obtain your email?

I bought from them during the SBSS saga. Figured it was the new name but I wasn't sure.

Beware of Phoenix operations like this.......

Intention here seems to be to deceive and cash in on a "name" built up by other people.

It saddens me to see it happen, and to see good people taken in by it.

Companies who claim to be in business longer than they have, or like the "Federal Reserve" pick a name intentionally to make people think they are an agent of the government.

Interesting that in card games, a "Mulligan" is where you throw back the card you are dealt, and start with a fresh new set.

So Mulligan did a Mulligan. Who'd a thought it?
 
Well I may be wrong thinking the Mulliagan mint is doing these products.

"So sorry for the delayed response. We are using a mint in Utah and have a backup in Florida. We avoid the mint mark so that we can alternate between the two as supply, demand, and business interruptions dictate. We are not using the Mulligan Mint."

So how did they get email addys??
 
Sounds like Quality Silver Bullion in Utah, and possibly Golden State Mint in Florida - the latter of which is where the Chris Duane SBSS coins are currently being struck.
 
Yes few places to choose from.
I have asked them how they got the email addys from all those that signed up to the sbss news letter.

GP correct me if iam wrong - NO mint mark means GST applies?

They are being minted in Utah with a backup mint in Florida. No mint mark because we desire the flexibility to use different mints as supply and demand restraints as well as quality or business interruption issues arise.

If this is the statement you're looking for: Mulligan Mint is NOT minting any Second Arrow Silver products.

Mark OR characteristic. A 1oz silver round stamped "1oz 999 fine silver" would apparently satisfy this based on discussions I've had with customs brokers as this is "accepted by the market".

Perth Mint silver bars for example don't say silver - but they have the Perth Mint logo plus the weight and fineness, which is "accepted by the market".

If the ATO thought that every dealer in the country was short-changing them revenue by not charging any GST on private rounds, trust me, they would be all over it. Far greater GST rorts happening in the industry, like granules being invoiced as bars, or pure bullion being bought back as "scrap" and GST input credits being claimed.

Even before they came here and clarified, they were making no mention of SBSS, and we thought they were hiding from it. So how would that be cashing in on the name?

I didn't see an answer to this question in the SilverStories response above. It wouldn't surprise me if Mulligan sold our email addresses.
