I used to be their biggest cheerleader. Their platform is falling apart.
My items have been pending since June 26.They now have frozen 40k in my account because of an automated "default".. Each day I log on to live help & they promise to have it fixed. here's no phone number that is answered,they never return emails & all you get it as auto response.
When you sell an item you have mailed in the cash isn't credited to our account right then. It becomes "pending". The online help guy says each account is moved manually from pending to available.
Silver recorded as "in stock" isn't really there. They use the excuse that it's in another facility is why it takes so long to ship.
I can't take request of a check or wire because my money has been "pending" for 15 days and counting. They credited my wire in on the first day received.
