Royal Silver Company CEO Brian McConnell

There's every reason to suspect someone locally has already paid him a visit. It is South America after all.

So is no one going to openly express how shit this company is and how crooked Brian is?

Seems like a scumbag thief to me, he knows this place exists \and has ignored it.

If it is out of business, why doesn't someone here just email them an enquiry expressing you'd like to purchase a large amount of their silver bonds. See if you get a reply...
They also list a skype address.

i emailed about a large quantity of rounds, on multiple occasions usings brians email, the cris fuentes email, and the contact email on the website, still no reply

His skype still says hes in Algeria

"The United States maintains diplomatic relations, but according to the above-mentioned list, does not have extradition treaties with the following countries: Afghanistan, Algeria, etc"

Hmmm

I said it a month ago and I'll say it again - people really didnt send money to some company in Bolivia no less on the promise that some silver coins would be delivered one day? I mean really ?!?!

You can buy silver or gold right here in Australia, why would anyone send their money to a company with no reputation of excellence? This isnt apmex or gainsville etc after all.

The gullibility of people never ceases to amaze.

RSC had a good story (pro environment) and the coins are nice. Plus, at the time, the bonds were being promoted by John (forgot his last name) who was considered a silver guru by a lot of SS members. No need to rub salt in the wounds. The investors have been hurt enough.

Has anybody heard John's opinion on what's happened with RSC?

John - Stellaconcepts. He did ask people to share with him on what has happened but I don't believe he has commented any further.

People bought and received products from RSC, they didn't just "send money to Bolivia in the hope of receiving some coins one day".

With regard to your comment "Bolivia no less". To me, this sounds ever so slightly xenophobic. Are you suggesting that every company in Bolivia would be

suspect to deal with ?

This area of South America is one of the largest silver production areas in the world. And besides that, RSC is a Panamanian registered company merely

operating out of Bolivia.

Now, are you going to say "Panama no less" ?

Neither Gainsville nor Apmex stocked RSC products. These rounds are very special, being they were the only .99999 silver rounds available in the world.

I could name (but won't) several bullion dealers in Australia that definitely don't have a reputation for excellence, and I sincerely doubt that you only ever

purchase things from companies with a reputation for excellence.

Brian McConnell had a brilliant product with wide support, which he then abused to finance his other interests. CEO's regularly commit financial atrocities

around the world including within Australia.

People here are trying to bring Brian to account. Posts like yours, as dccpa said, just rub salt into the wounds of those who have been affected by this.

I would hazard a guess that you are not one of those affected.

Do you own any RSC products ? I would guess not. But if I am wrong and you do own RSC products then they would have originally come from someone who

was prepared to send money to Bolivia !

Of course, you are entitled to an opinion on this thread. I would just prefer that your opinion was more informed.

If, as you posted, it has been a month since you said the same thing, then you obviously have not done any further research in that month that might have

contributed to your deeper knowledge of the situation.

Sending money to a foreign company with nothing more than a promise of receiving silver bullion one day is not something I'd do, and yes Bolivia does make it worse! A country with a poor reputation for law and order and commerce presents and even higher level risk to the transaction.

When sending money to anyone in a business deal you must consider the possibility of default and what your remedies are. That's why credit cards have chargebacks if goods are not received. That's why ebay says to never wire money or send money via Western Union etc. You have no protection, at all.

Aaah.....Protection ...OK.
