Time? How much time does it take & if he wanted to make good he could simply answer peoples emails / take their call & not lie to them in the first place, pretty simple really.

He has proven time & time again exactly what kind of "business" he's running & even more so the type of "person" (using the term extremely loosely) he is also. As stated above if you are in possession of facts we aren't please enlighten us.
 
Does anyone know what his production costs per ounce are? Just wondering whether he's dropped into hibernation and there's a chance we might get some action when the price picks up...or he was producing for more than he was selling for and used all the bond money up :-(

Just a quick heads up in case you post something that makes you look like a total twat, its a common practice to send money to a foreign country and receive coins.
You should Google Apmex, Royal Candian Mint, Westminster Mint......... :rolleyes:

He's still getting the artist angle just right on the video he promised all & sundry to make showing the destruction of the first Andean cats, guess we should just call him AMP (always making promises) LOL.
 
I have been doing research to find more about what is going on..

The latest communication I can find from RSC to anyone is about June 2013.

I purchased a number of bonds from Royal Silver.
Like others here it's been about a year since I received any communication from them.
Can anybody confirm what has happened to the company?
 
At the end of the day, Brian McConnell is a criminal and has scammed people out of a lot of money.

To Brian McConnell all I ask is how or what plan you have to pay back what is owed?

Too all those who are having issues with RSC I've emailed Brian at least 8 times over the past few months requesting a refund. I received one response in July and have not had any response to my subsequent emails. I'm not going to sit back and do nothing, random things I've considered are:
Contact government in Bolivia, Australian embassy in Bolivia, media (60 minutes?). Has anyone tried anything other than emailing Brian or what do you think we can do?

It is time to take action!

Yes Lunty, I am doing anything that can be done to find out more.
We are all in the same boat and Brian needs to reach out.
This is not going to go away.

You might want to get VRS investigations onto it
 
I know of one person who has lost a very substantial amount of cash, I have lost nothing but watching how this plays out. If someone looses $10,000.00 to $15,000.00 and you have others loosing the same or more plus a lot of others with lesser amounts it does not need a lot of people and it adds up to a lot of money very quickly.
 
Brian has family in the USA & normally returns their for Christmas, maybe some of the people he has burned in the USA could track the family down & without putting undue pressure on them let them know what he's up to & ask that they let Brian know this is now on his front door step & not going to go away.

Also a meet & greet on his next visit home would be very interesting especially if it results in his passport being retained by authority's upon him showing his face at any US airport, until this mess is cleaned up or it goes through the legal system. Pretty sure removing his ability to run away would be more productive than sending emails he just bins.

If someone seriously wants to try and track him down let me know. When I was after him last year for my coins, the gold macaws were postmarked by Brian from the US. I believe they were sent from Kentucky and I might be able to track down the address.
 
I emailed the company that sold them the ammonia thing, used the contact email on that site i posted earlier, asking are they still in business, if not, when was the last time they had contact with Brian or RSC... but no reply... that was 6days ago..
