IMHO that wood shield is jarring and detracts from the overall design. I actually like the obverse ship side better.

The Queen's mug is pretty jarring too. What has she got to do with Poland :(

It seems to be made for New Zealand?
 
I like both sides of this coin very much. The Horse side is rich of details and very well designed. The Queen side is also very beautiful, I like the ships and for me that could be also not only a secondary side, but another coin itself that I would buy.

today I received the coin. Very beautiful and very good that the coin is protected in a capsule. Can't wait to see the next coins of this series.

I didn't like it in the design shot but the real thing actually is rather attractive. Wouldn't pay $300 for it but it is beautiful nonetheless.
