One of the earliest example of an Australian minted bar.

A couple of attractive 1/2oz Perth Mint poured rounds for your viewing pleasure

Can't give you a fixed percentage as premiums can vary depending on the desirability of a particular bar.
Premiums for bars are usually less than for coins.
A 1oz blob like this Johnson Matthey round would command less than $30 premium above spot.
