I have built a thread on these items.
There are more idiots that don't appreciates than more input.
Pictures have been taken down. The thread is still there..
They are the First Plastic version not Certicard

Here

So from the information gained from your thread, I have removed the term certicard.
And can say that these are the first style released in card form by the Perth Mint.
WOW, they definitely deserve to be in this thread then, being true Perth Mint vintage bars.

Not sure , what you mean by the following :/ please send me a pm to explain

Well you can expect someone to be selling it on eBay Australia or here soon enough.

Looks pretty neat but I'm staying away from any minted bars without certicards cos there's a flood of fakes on the market now.

There's been several certicard fakes too.
It's really not that complicated....buy from REPUTABLE dealers & you can have peace of mind.

To my best knowledge, DBSBank is Development Bank of Singapore, which seldom if not never issue gold related product. The bar bears Singapore assayer's seal and indicated in the circle "Singapore Mint", so it should be mint by the Singapore Mint (the Mint product Singapore Lunar series and Singapore Lion Gold Coin) Maybe it is a company gift to major client, or an investment product that has been long discontinued.

A few left facing swans (a.k.a queens raw kfc), with a modem one as reference. Wish they were mine :(

Those little half ounce vintage perth mint blobs are really really cool.
