Question on soveign typeset

There is a sales thread currently offering a collection of sovereigns as a set

7 coin full sovereign typeset
1884M shield
1885M young head
1891S jubilee
1898M veiled
1902P edward
1913P george large head
1930P george small head

Can someone please tell me the common basis for the set.

Like a small bag of mixed lollies - no two coins are the same (different king/queen on each one).

It's kind of like, the opposite of a type-set...
