OKAY ! So at what price do I pull the Trigger & sell Silver ?

At what price would u pull the Trigger & sell ur Silver ?

Mmm, " to sell or not to sell, that is the Question " ?

Okay, using my preschool level TA based on the price action of the last few years I'd look for the GSR to move under say 84 (or 78 using the price action over the past couple of decades*), then wait for it to move back over that level and look for indicators that confirm a break out indicating that gold will appreciate at a faster rate than silver.

* this takes into account both of the post GFC and COVID market crashes which were anomalies so I'm not sure it's as accurate.

As far as RE goes, well prices in that market are of course insane so the longer you wait, the more $$ you're going to need to find for a deposit. What taxes are you referring to with RE?

Back in April when the GSR spiked over 100:1, I took 3 oz of Gold to a dealer & swapped for 300 oz of Silver ( 300 X 1 oz Rounds ) Mean reversion is a thing & is real. U just have to wait it out.

The mean GSR over the Modern era is 42:1, so I wait for mean reversion to under 50:1, take 150 oz of silver back to the dealer & get my 3 oz of gold back ( I have more )

RE, depends on ur own particular country, but all western countries have various Land Taxes/Levies/Rates/etc. If u don't pay those, the state/local will prosecute & foreclose on u & u loose ur RE. So RE is no longer owned " Free & Clear ".

A true Financial Collapse/Reset may shake the pricing of A LOT of assets out of the Financial Tree. If u have valued assets ( Possibly Gold/Silver ) u may be able to purchase the Fallen Asset at very good prices.

Or total war & most of the world is blasted 1/2 way back to the stone age.

I stuffed up my calculations above.

I wouldn't go back any further than 1973. So I'd be looking for it to fall below 55, and then break back above that level.

On a more updated time frame ignoring the two crashes mentioned above the level would be around 60.

Personally I wouldn't be attempting to time it.

100% mate.

Trying to time stuff like this is the thing of Nightmares !

I will just wait for sub-50 GSR. If it doesn't happen. I still have the Silver as a Valuable Asset

Honestly I'll probably never cash in any of my growing stack. Cash-wise using the shiite USD as a standard "and it breaks my heart to call my beloved $USD "shiite" right now I am roughly 50/50 in value metal-wise with silver on the verge of outpacing the gold. Just in the last week Ive bought 4 10 oz'ers, 5 5 oz'ers, and a couple, three dozen Philharmics.

I wont mention the overall value of my stack because most of you have far more and the few who dont I dont want to sound like an A-hole. But the truth is I like rubbing my grubby hands over the beautiful coinage and bars and intend on leaving them to my family after I croak as a Legacy. I piddle and Diddle in numismatics as well and my kid has taken an interest, both my wife and kid understand the commodity and I dont think either will do something stupid after they get over the grief of losing me. Which they should do shortly after seeing all the cash and precious metal I'm leaving them. Along with the house. Nothing cures grief like cash.

Ive left a wonderful office exhibit of coinage and currencys mapping the first 1/2 of the 20'th century and the crimes those fascist, militaristic, communist bastards committed as well as a reminder of the Heros who struck them down and gave my generation a time of relative peace and stability. By making sure the world never forgets those times, using the coins and currencys of the era, I pay homage to the victims and pin the blame squarely where it all belongs. All war is economic in nature, one way or another. And the story of what these sonsofbitches pulled on a world-wide scale is writ in the money of the times. My son has great interest in the project and I hope it outlives me by far because the world must never forget.

I dont have current pictures because the project has grown and I decided not to take the final pictures until its complete. But you get the idea.
