Not going to buy the coloured proofs. Usually have a mintage of 3,800 but now the Dragon has a mintage of 10,000... too many.

The first order failed online, I had to call in. It still shows as created. Retarded system.
I got my goods in the end though.

******* is not nice at all in her emails, I have dealt with another person there though who is SOOOOO nice. My favourite for sure. But ******** comes off as rude even when I ask a question that has nothing to do with dragons.

Afraid so.
If you received an email with a order price and a method of paying but no reference number then the oder is useless.
As many people experienced, as they tried to buy on line, their cart was deleted of items as the online inventory was depleted.
A person would think that once they added to the cart, their items were secure; this is not the case.
The other issue with the online purchase was the wording.
Most of us knew that we could purchase one of each proof item, but the wording seemed to indicate that only the kilo proof dragon had a limitation.
So, time was wasted by those who ordered one kilo coin and a few individual proofs and 3 sets.
I'h reasonably sure Ron is aware of these anomalies and if he isn't I hope he'll use his leadership to ensure the IT staff have the system up and running perfectly for the new release in early October.
Having said that...the bottom line is, if you have no order number and no reference number ya out of luck.

For those folk on dial-up internet, don't waste your time trying to make an on-line order.
Use your phone.
