Precious Metals Spreadsheets

So I've spent some spare time over the last few weeks creating a spreadsheet to keep track of my precious metals. I've created it so it automatically updates with the latest spot price. Basically you know exactly how much you paid for everything, how much it's currently worth, your P/L in $ and % and the total weight of your stack.

Does anyone else here use a spreadsheet inventory?

If anyone wants a copy PM me your email address and ill send it off

Yeah I have one that links through to a spreadsheet with my other investments. I have also included date bought so I could work out annual percantage yield.

I first bought silver in about 2010 or 2011.

Prices were about $24 for an ASE, I think

I lost count of average cost by about 2012, and never bothered with it since! Given that I will sell my first ASE about a year after SHTF Day dawns, the past cost is of no interest to me.

You sound more techy than me, I have been trying to do this for years lol - I just keep a list
Yeah I would grab a copy. But if it runs on office, i don't have it so I can't.

Usually you can use office stuff on mac, just not the other way around.

I'd love a copy, hopefully it will get me kickstarted re-learning Excel for myself :)

PM sent.

would love a copy :)

right now, i keep every single thing in my head.
For gold, i know what i paid for my purchases.
For Silver, i know the average of my stack and which one i would need to get rid of when the time is right.

I would have guessed the Old Codger bought his first silver in 1910, not 2010! :D
