I have heard that when you put notes in your pocket with other items and chuck the whole lot into a washing machine you can sometimes get transfer onto the note. It could be post mint damage in which case it is just a curiosity. But if it was done in the printing factory then it might be worth holding on to.

Beyond that, can't help, do you mind if I post the picture on one of the facebook pages?

Well, early responses seem to think you are a bank robber and that is the result of a dye pack going off!

Seems reasonable.
That's why I left all those groups , because all the so called "experts"
Would a die pack affect only certain areas of the print ?
I used to be a screen printer 30 years ago
 
Forgot to add
Showed it to the note expect at Max Stern's.
His wasn't the polymer person but took photos and will ask the experts at the next international bank note meeting.
So definitely not a die bomb.
And the so called FB experts can shove their knowledge where the sun don't shine
