PM Goat

Last year the horse didn't sell out until December, and the horse was popular. Considering no one seems to like the goat, who's been buying them?

I have 5 1oz goats... I wish I had boughten a 5oz instead. I love the 5 oz. my fianc asks me when my zoo opens, with all the animals I have lol!

The coloured Perth Mint goat is my second favorite coin of all time. Seriously. The design of the 3 goats really works well with the colorized version.

I mentioned earlier that most of lunars are going to Europe and USA and AU market is a bit smaller.
Goat was the first since dragon with much lower premium ( in germany espezially).
So a lot of already bought their stack. Long term riders ...

I wont be too fanatic about the 2oz coins. You can surly hold some, but especially this year with ugly sentiment in PM and really low premiums for the 1oz ( compared to dragon, snake and horse ) i would prefer the 1oz first. They are already sold out by PM.
Also the 1/2 oz could become very interesting because the premium is really high compared to 2,5,10oz. Expect a low mintage for the 1/2oz.

I expect a really high mintage for 2,5 maybe 10 oz and a low for the 1/2 oz.

ninteno, I would disagree about the 1/2oz horses. Through December 31, 2013, the PM had already produced almost 150,000 1/2oz lunar horses. That is more 1/2oz lunars than the any S2 silver lunar other than the snake 161,000 and the dragon 389,000. No idea how many will be officially declared, but the 1/2oz snake doesn't seem to be selling well in the US.

Interesting how a European perspective is different from a US perspective. In the US, the 1oz goat premiums are higher than the snake premiums were when they were issued. I am hoping that the premiums continue to decline for the rest of the series
