Plumber Finds 1kg Gold Brick Under Bath Tub

Mr Babul said the owners were delighted by the discovery, having lost track of the precious brick.

How do you 'lose track' of a kilo of gold ?

I think that anybody who loses track of 1kg of gold deserves for the plumber to just up and leave with it.

you would be VERY surprised what ppl forget THEY hid or (dont tell any 1 when they hide something of value)
we all die lol and sometimes its best you tell some1 or leave a map of your STASH for your kids stapled to your will lol.......
i brought a house in melb>>>>>>the day i get the keys i go over the the prop..........deep under the house i see boxes that appear to have many items wrapped in old newspaper from 1959 to 1969,takes me over 90 mins to get them out (ended up 16 boxes) full of award winning wines, ports and other boozes (ive never drank so it was no good to me) all wrapped in old newspaper and stored on the with bottle necks down to save the corks from drying out and letting air in 2 spoil the wine.
turns out the hubby who died in 1974 didnt tell the wife or anyone he was collecting high grade booze under the house, the wife lives out her life and passes away in the house 2005 never ever knowing of the stash of booze under the floorboards below her feet
after probate the wifes offsprings sells the house ( none of them even bothered to look over the house or land b4 putting it to market. it was 5 kids just wanting the house sold TO get thair hands on THE money)
I ENDED UP WITH 155 BOTTLES OF THE BEST WINES FROM 1959 TO 1969 (AND IVE NEVER EVER BEEN A DRINKER ) stored them for 3 years and just gave them away to a mate 100% free
as the wine above got lost or forgot about(so did the kilo of AU ?) a KILO OF GOLD UNDER A BATH dosnt surprise me AT ALL LOL :)

155 bottles sounds good. All I got was fish hooks wrapped in newspaper stuffed in a really strange place in the walk cavity.
After my renovations, the next renovator in 30 odd years will find a silver coin above the door and various other 20 cent pieces from the year it was done behind the plaster.
