Anyone know the current value of a roll 20 phoenix dragons unopened?

eBay listings have individual coins sold for around the $140 mark.
Excuse my ignorance, but how do you know if the whole roll is made up of error coins if it's unopened?

I think there's a lot more of these error coins out there than anyone is admitting to. I know that the last 30 to sell out from a German bullion dealer in the last few weeks were all error coins, with 12 of those being mine. $110-$120 individually would be a fair price but I'm doubtful you'd get any more per coin by the roll.
