they put skull and bone picture for deadly poison, its all about treatment, not cure, medicine is more for cure. all the standard had been changed, doctors are very good at drugs treatments, unlike it used to be.
I was looking into this a while back when I first found that WA legislative document for administering a poison. The one I saw was for the defence force to have the ability to administer a poison. The reason they call it a poison (IMO) is because it could cause harm or death.

I haven't looked at the legislation in whole, but I could understand how such legislation would be necessary to indemnify those administering injections, especially when the defence force is brought in to do so in a "national emergency".
As everyone would already know, the term "choose your poison" isn't to be taken literally. Hell, I used it when presenting multiple service options to a client recently. It was definitely poorly chosen terminology given the nature of this current experiment.

If the suspicions regarding the spike protein are true, it would be quite easy to confirm if build up of spike protein is causing pancreatic inflammation and thus death of insulin producing cells.
