PF69 ULTRA CAMEO

Ok so I bought this coin on impulse because it seemed cheap and I don't have any graded coins just mostly scrap. I checked the barcode and it was on the NGC website but I could not find out anything else about it there, Is there a way to find out how many other PF69 /PF70 of this coin there is?. Mintage was 35000 so a fairly low mintage coin.

Looking at the graded numbers of 12 does that mean only 12 have ever been sent in to be graded? I'm guessing that's possible because grading isnt as popular here in the UK.

Anyone like to take a guess at value?
