Site functionallity is woe-full at the moment, does anyone experience recurring login errors ,unable to access / retrieve / reset passwords. And if able to log in , either to the full site or their mobile app , their is no silver for sale and directs you to the customer support line phone number.

Who is actually able to buy from the perthmint.com site ,
Or are most placing orders through the sales , customer support line?

Perth Mint doesn't take back orders through their website:

...it is a nightmare to administer and only highlights the inability to supply. We'd much prefer that we only sell when we have product available. Our approach also allows clients to look at other sourcing options because they're not locked into a contract with us.

Perth Mint is trying to keep up with demand (as far as I can interpret) and that's why there's a month wait on items like 10oz bars from your local dealer.

but i am still wanting too know if anyone is actually able to log on and use the site and/or the mobile app successfully.
