I have some minted bars but only buy them as cheap buy backs or discounted deals. They mostly go into my sell back pile if I need to raise capital. Doesn't matter what brand so long as the premium is low and the price is down.
PAMP, Credit Suisse, Valcambi, Mennica Polska, Argor Heraeus, Metalor.
I prefer cast bars because of the history, the collectibility, rare mint and hall marks. Even the way the bar is poured can leave cooling patterns and discolorations in the metal.
