Perth mint new releases

Quick question for anyone, I usually buy from other stores but have two orders now with the Perth Mint, one for a FIFA world cup coin (put off for ages but had to buy for my nostalgia of being there) and now the Koala.
I ordered the FIFA coin on the 23rd of April and it still hasn't been sent, rang yesterday and was told its a combination of it taking a few days for the money to come through and them being busy, but come on surely they can handle a bit of business it has been 8 business days since my order.
Can someone tell me how long it typically takes the Perth Mint to get around to doing something?

I had a standing order for the koala and already have an email saying it is ready to pick up - so pretty quick on that one, but maybe because I was registered for them. They must all be running around scrounging up bullion for people to buy!
 
My koalas took 5 days to arrive from PM...but would've taken 3 if they didn't fail (long story).

Pretty fast !
 
I don't know what is taking my world cup coin so long to be sent then. If they send the Koala at the rate you guys have said I'll get it before the world cup coin even though it was ordered 2 weeks later
 
All I can say is that if the Mint is trying to reduce demand for silver... these products are the perfect tool ! yeeeuck!
