Perth Mint Chinese Dragon $1 Tuvalu 2012 coin, 2nd in series is out!

A couple of friends of mine are still waiting for so many coins from Talisman and they didn't even answer a mail, while they were selling same coins on ebay and receiving feedbacks. I think they first try to get a big premium on ebay and then, if any left, when and if the hype is over they will start to fulfill website orders.
For me this is NO RESPECT of customers, but who want can try them and cross fingers.

they removed the bulk purchase discounts this time at talisman. 109 is the minimum cost even if you order 20 now. I've been trying to call them to interrogate them about my order but it just goes to voicemail.

Anyone have experience with these guys in ordering super desirable coins like this? They're not one of those jerk dealers that cancels orders if the price on the coins climb are they?
 
Yeah it is hyped up, Talisman coins down to 109 available in between posts hehe.

Ah ok, I'm new to them but that's good to know. Now I'm not sure about my order..

Hi Honestcoins,
they already did this with some other dragon coins... orders pending and meanwhile customers lost the opportunity to buy at that price, while everywhere else price was going up waiting for order confirmation.
This is a bad experience with Talisman but probably some one else has been more lucky.

I bought red welsh from them when it was released. Price went up a few hours later or next day and ordered wasn't cancelled. Price may go up on the Chinese later today or tomorrow if they don't sell out.
 
Apparently it must be hit or miss with Talisman. I've no bad experience with them yet. Hope it stays that way.

see if i had the time and money i would mint vampire coins they suck :)

Can't say on that order. It was a pre-sale. I also had them combine shipping with another order.
I've had orders come very fast and others took awhile. If you contact them buy phone(NOT on Monday or Friday from my experience) and ask SPECIFICS you can usually find out. Be prepared to be patient! :rolleyes:

Talisman coins is very UNDEPENDABLE, NEVER hold their promise! So when you order from them, use it ONLY as a backup plan. Otherwise, you might be left out in the cold.

I do not have the 1st coin in this series until now, because I ordered it from Them 2.5 months ago, the order is still under my account on their web site, but NEVER got processed. I sent them TWO emails, with NO reply. So I finally sent them another email, told them do NOT bother!

Even though I used "them", I suspect Talisman Coin is ONE person store.

So forget it, I will pass this series, NOT that crazy about the design of the first coin anyway. This one is better. But looks like Perth Mint already took them down after a couple of hours on their web site, and before I can order.

Those who count on flipping it to make a couple of bucks, good luck. Dragon fever on Ebay is gone now.
