Found same when I bought some items from them a while back. Some items were not able to sent internationally / to Aust (for whatever reason), thus it limited what I bought. Post purchase they asked for feedback on sale and web site and when I posted I couldn't buy all the items I wanted, they got upset and asked me to change my feedback.....which I did not. That said, cost to post, speed and packaging was okay.

Hmmmm I’m not sure why you’re getting that. I’ve ordered from them 4 times now and always had a 100% success with them. As mentioned above, maybe you’re trying to order products that aren’t international shipping eligible? If you want to check if it’s eligible before you try to clear checkout, scroll down to the ‘details’ tab under the product you want, and it’ll say if it’s international shipping eligible or not.

Most have free shipping for over $100.

They don’t do free shipping for orders to Australia though, where most of us on this forum are from
Oh gotcha. That might be too expensive then.
