All depends what you can buy the 2oz Kookaburras for. $70 would be fair enough. $80 is too steep.

Given you can buy the 1990's (all be it re-struck) 1oz Kooks for the mid $30's, you wouldnt pay anything more than essentially a re-strike price x 2.

Actual ebay sales for the 2 oz can be viewed in post 6, the figures were taken from ebay's completed listings during September - November 2012.

2 oz Bullion Kookaburra coins have not been re-struck and.... the 2 oz coins are "declared" so that means Perth won't make any more.

The mintage figures for the 2 oz coin are much lower than the 1 oz which makes them much more scarce.
