I think these guys deserve a plug.

I can't really go into details but I recently ordered from them and they helped me out alot, I have to say they have a really high level of customer service

Agree and there is much love on here for them and there's been a few other threads singing their praises. Praise Allah they did something with the website, far better now.

No every time I have a query with them it's all been through email and ofcorse depending on timing they usually reply within hours or not long after they open up shop

Maybe they finally figured out this was the main complaint there was about them. Glad to hear they've picked up the slack and made things easy for you :)
 
Must concur with all the comments above as even here across the ditch they have been excellent to deal with and have nothing but praise for their professionalism . All my orders arrive well packaged and in a timely manner

Yes their packaging is always fun trying to get in to the goodies
