PCGS Fakes?

Just wondering if it is possible to have two PCGS graded coins to have identical certification number, or is one or both of them are fakes.

bearing in mind the resolution is quite different, stand out tells in the second item are:
1. Lack of definition, poor strike (loads of issues).
2. Angle of the collar under the beard
3. Flat angle of beard under the chin (neckbeard) vs the arc on the first item
3. Tone - copper seems to underlying metal

It would be better to compare the two images in same resolution with same lighting, same camera.

It is a tempting piece to fake, given the high premium
On really good ones you can see the nips
 
Both possible fakes. The quality of slabs and Australian silver on Alibaba has really picked up of late.

I heard a passing comment recently from a coin collector questioning the future when elaborate chemical tests are needed to tell fake from real.
 
bottom one's fake..wordings are very bold and contrast..very cheap fake... worth $2 just for the slab effort... top one real as it got slabbed in early days... and the reverse isn't slightly rotated... and wordings are skinny
 
The second one is clearly fake. Spark erosion? The first one, who knows. Slabs are easy to counterfeit and databases easy to compromise. Without provenance it is just 925 silver.
