There has been some disussion about PandaAmerica. They don’t get alot of reviews due to the nature of their products. I don’t run around telling everyone I just bought some gold coins! Lol!
But I can tell you this:
In August of 1989, I purchased three sets of four Skandinavian gold coins minted late 1800s and early 1900s.
The sets came as advertised and the coins were individually packaged in tamperproof acyrlic cases.
They are clearly UNC and pristine.
I hope this adds to the conclusion they are legit and I would definitely buy from them again.

Panda America is legit that is not the question.

I have been buying Pandas for the better part of 25 years so more than 1/2 of my life at this point. I have tried to shop with Panda America in the past however their prices are way higher which kept me from working with them. Its sad because I have bought and sold many chinese coins and i would be their ideal customer. A business owner who loves coins.

If they got onto Ebay, lowered pricing, and started making good content they could do well. If I was going to work in the industry I would help a company like Panda America become bigger than Pinehurst and MCM. MCM just crushes Panda America now from what I have seen.

I just went on their site to look. They have a very hazy looking PF69 Silver Panda proof from 1988 for example selling for $1,500-

The current market for that coin is no more than $800 and if you buy now on ebay its $900- How do they get off charging $1.5K?
