Panda Tube

Hey Guys,

Trying to neatly sort out my Pandas and as they come in the sheets, it gets quite hard to store. Does anyone know if they actually sell a tube to store these magnificent creatures?

cheers

I'm no panda expert, but wouldn't the pandas hold more value in their original mint sheet?

My guess is that you shouldn't take them out unless you're sending them for grading.

They do sell a product called tube tites. I break them out of the sheet, too much of a pain to store. The tiny premium you MIGHT get isn't worth the headache of storage

Amen, I did the same thing. Put them in airtite tubes.

curious... how many silver panda coins (in its original concave mint capsules) can an Airtite H-tube hold?

Probably 15-17. Mine are locked away, so I can't go and count, but def not 20. :-)

When I got mine, it was folded for mailing, and the light plastic bag holding the heavy plastic sheet, was torn. The cookie sheets are creased, but not torn.
I only got one set of 2013, one set of 2014. I won't be selling any sets of 30.
We are moving to a different state this summer, was wondering if the cookie sheet holder had any value, sounds not worth the trouble to pack it.

I just ordered some H-tubes, only been stacking about 9 months, learn something new every day, if I keep my eyes open.

I have some of the 41mm airtite capsules with black ring, I think they make a nicer presentation than the standard Panda capsules. I'm giving some to relatives as gifts, is there any good reason to keep them in the mint capsules?
I am careful when transferring, do not touch skin, only exposed to air for less than a minute.

I'd keep them in the standard panda capsusals. IMHO. I won't buy any panda if not in them. For gifts, that's one thing, but you start messing around with them in other holders, I ain't buying. -) Nor will too many others I suspect. :-)

Amen to that. I would never buy a panda that's not in the omp capsule. Also, I like storing my sheets, it's worth the premium to do so.
