Commemrative Pandas are a market unto themselves it seems, have seen wildly fluctuating prices for the same coin. Perhaps dealers are fishing or trying to create the market for them during these hot prices. Either way they will be a great play for collectors esp those earlier ones with <30,000 mintages.

I was speaking of 2002 silver panda (although this is the first time Ive paid for a subscription as I was a "mooching" someone else's older pricepedias)
Also a few gold fracs (though just starting to do this as of 2 months ago in baby steps)
My next Panda prediction are for the 2009s to really take off soon (it's actually pretty easy for me making panda predictions when the prices are trending up in a few months window timeframe :lol: )!
Gonna grab a few from a local source soon once I get some more fundS ( sell kooks to buy Panda$ )

Quite a few prices weren't up to date, I recently bought some pandas and their mintage is so low the prices in the guide are below spot due to lack of data
I've found that as well, some of the PP prices (commemoratives esp.) are way off the mark with what dealers are asking... I realise that PP only publishes sale prices but I mean sometimes they are only 30% of what dealers are asking. Does Peter update every coin over the 3 months? Either way, the dealers are being cheeky with their prices or the time for the door to close on this era is approaching fast! Got yours?

They mentioned shipping prices to the US and Canada only but since they mentioned using USPS, maybe if you call them you can convince them to ship to Australia if there will be a group buy. I haven't bought anything from them yet although I called them once to inquire about their pandas. They have pretty good availability for now because I'm not sure if people are aware of their website.
To recap, I can't vouch for this company since I haven't bought from them yet. However, it may be worth a try if enough of you are interested.

The prices are updated monthly, but older prices are left in gray until I find a new price. Prices in black should be current to within 30 days. Sometimes you have to compare the China, U.S. and auction prices to figure out the fair value for a coin. If a dealer is charging 3X a current (not gray) Pricepedia price than I may know someone who is offering the same coin for a lot less. Some of the commemoratives trade very infrequently, by the way, and in a wide range. I will also look at any pricing information that comes my way and is reliable.

I pay more than 53 uss from shipping and 15 for the book. And hangzhouan have it in ebay for less than 25 shipped.
