Why not, the Chinese government doesn't mind. Considering how ancient of a culture they are, it is surprising that all they seem to be able to do is counterfeit everyone else's work. And the Western governments just keep on letting them do it without any consequences. Start banning a lot of Chinese products and I bet the Chinese government suddenly grows a conscience.
