panda - cracked capsule

Hey Guys,

Just got my delivery from an online retailer, however, when it arrived, 2 of my pandas' capsule cracked. Enquiring as to what the proper recourse is? Will it affect the value of the panda (2013)?

Should i return to dealer? Should i ask for a replacement capsule?

Any advice would be helpful as to how to proceed.

Even though they'll probably blame AusPost or whoever delivered it, always worth asking. If they're any sort of decent business they'll sort you out ASAP. Was the outer packaging damaged?

If there's no recourse, name and shame them and then holla at Maggie, our resident Capsule Queen. She will sort you out no problem.
 
Send them back to be exchanged for coins without cracked capsules.. Any decent company will do an exchange. Raise hell if they won't till they do. It'll hurt the coins resale value not being in their original capsules from the mint.
 
Personally, I wouldn't worry too much about it. Perhaps they can provide you with some extra free capsules (or money for the extra capsules).
 
just an fyi,dealer sent me some extra free capsules last week and it arrived today - really happy with the service
 
hope this can happen to the slap panda coins,

so that we save the effort to break the case on arrival :)
