Ok so are these Chocolate Milk Spots on Pandas

Anyone one else had this problem, what could it be?

Maybe the seller opened it, did you buy from a dealer or private?

Any close up of the coins?
 
if they are in capsules they would have had to have been opened yea? cos pandas don't come in caps do they? they come in sheets.

All Panda,s come in capsules
 
Only taken out of a 30 sheet for easier storage, never been out of capsules

Will try and get a good close up pic

Yup, they come in capsules, in sheets of 30.

Yup, a closer pic would be useful... doesn't look like the normal sort of toning which most often happens along the edges of the coin (and doesn't really detract from the price).
 
Yeah, I think that does happen to silver on ocassion. Not sure why. But I have some Brittanias where this happened. I've been told it can come off with NCS, but who wants to spend a fortune getting them removed? NCS cost as much as the coin. Unfortunately. Conservation by they way (NCS).
