A fascinating read, cheers. It would be interesting to know who researched & wrote this. Although, just because its a government treasury document doesn't mean its accurate. That said, the research looks pretty good... And so much for the vaunted GSR of 15-1.
It definitely was an interesting read - I particularly liked the risks identified with holding paper and EFTs etc, and the identification of the manipulations and risks with COMEX.... just reinforces the "if you don't hold it, you don't own it" perspective
