Suggested description:
“1oz Silver Guardian” – a coin that celebrates New Zealand’s unique Māori culture and traditions. This highly crafted icon pays homage to the Earth and acknowledges our collective role in her guardianship. In collaboration with celebrated Māori tattoo artist TURUMAKINA (Tū for short)
Technically and visually stunning the “Silver Guardian” features Tama-nui-te-rā (a Māori Sun God), on the obverse, and a Manaia on the reverse – a guardian of life in in all its manifestations. The Manaia is a believed to be a messenger between the earthly world of mortals and the domain of the spirits – in this case to acknowledge the protection of Papatūānuku (the land) and all her resources.

As I understand, these are positioned as low premium.

You'd probably get a few buyers if you wanted to on-sell some :)

I believe these were just announced and could be low mintage.

These are gorgeous, and the stag ones also on offer from them now remind me of the NZ mint ferns. Tempting . . .
 
Tried getting a price off them to get a small number of the guardian rounds sent over to Australia but it all sounded too complicated and potentially expensive (they seemed reluctant to send a price). Might be an opportunity for a bulk buy, or else a kiwi stacker to make a few $ on some flipping.

I’ve been hunting these down. Had a ring made from one, got stolen.
There is a pretty sad story about trying to have kids and this became a bit of a good luck thing.
I’m just trying to get my hands on a couple.
If anyone knows where they are, be a great help.
