Gday Guys

Very new to all this stuff. When buying silver bars IE 1kg bars, does presentation help?? Does some scratches, scuff marks even toning come into it?? I understand at the end of the day its still a kilo of silver but does the presentation of the bar have some say on the easiness of sale, do people look at things like that or am i being to fussy. Just turned down a kilo of silver at a good price because its my first kilo bar and i wanted it to look brand new nice and smooth etc or am i just being a tosser?? lol. I bought my first 100 coins though brand new in a box and very happy with that, im now a silver collector hahahaha
 
Your just been a tosser lol - kidding, essentially silve is silver, but it does not hurt of its kept in a presentable manner.

The more ugly the bar the nicer to have?

Get what you can as low as you can as often as you can.

Stop being fussy about bullion............q

As for Bars I have both nice ones and ugly ones, the ugly ones are easy to sell as I can just drop them off at a dealers and get a price on metal content. The nicer ones do sell easier and for a small premium but at the end of the day Silver is Silver, more important to have a well known brand that for it to look nice and pretty.
 
Yeah i have seen worse, well pictures on ebay this is the first one ive ever seen in real life and held anyway $1040 perth mint 1kg what ya reckon boys??
 
Spot is AU$1053 per kilo, +$60 for barring then another +$40 for Perth Mint logo, PM 1Kg bar should be around $1153 atm, if you can get one under that now then go for it!
 
perth mint are selling for much less than $1153 with a spot drop from friday night they should come down a bit. Friday arvo they were going for just under $1100

Ainslie right now has Uglies for AU$1106 and PMs for AU$1121, Citygoldbullion has Uglies for AU$1105, PM premium must have come down a bit since I checked it last, now just +$15 so yeah only talking AU$1120+ for PM atm
