I find myself paying slightly higher for most of my NGC Silver Pandas vs PCGS lately.
In the past few months I picked up a 2000 Mirrored Ring NGC MS69, 2000 Frosted Ring NGC MS70, 1991 LD NGC MS69, 1993 SD NGCX 9.9 (ms69), 1998 LD NGC MS68, 2003 NGC MS69, 2007 NGC MS69, and several RAW coins.
At the ANA show 2026 I saw far more Pandas in NGC holders vs PCGS.
Personally when I submitted through NGC they were very strict. Some coins that looked flawless came back 67 and 68 due to lack of luster or not as dpl as other pandas from the same date they reviewed. From my personal experience NGC has undergrades when it comes to modern pandas.
If you have a KEY date they are very picky.
