New Zealand Mint Doctor Who Monsters DALEK coin

New Zealand Mint is pleased to announce the release today of the first in a new series of five coins featuring the Doctor Who Monsters.
Up first is the Dalek.
Mintage is 5000, and each coin is 1/2 ounce 0.999 Silver.

The remaining four coins in the series will be released one each month for the next four months.

Not a bad release but I really dislike the "exterminate" text displayed on it. I think it ruins the coin tbh.
Sure Dr Who fans will jump at this though!

Nice coin, and NZ Mint has a much better price than Perth Mint and Downies (who are listing for $75 AUD).

But the $19 freight to Oz on each coin is a bit rich for me, so have to give it a miss

If you package all 5 coins in one shipment it may be more attractive...

I think its avalible from the Perth Mint, just saw it on their web site.

How can Perth Mint set an official issue price for their distributors if these come from NZ Mint and are cheaper there? Why wouldn't people just buy from NZ Mint (and get their cornettos at the corner shop)?
