PAMP (Produits Artistiques Metauz Precieux) 1oz 999.9 Gold Bar.

Each bar comes with engraved serial number, and a matching Assay certificate that guarantees the fineness and weight of pure gold.

New to 2014, PAMP have specially designed this stunning Lakshmi bar. This perfectly crafted bar features the Hindu Goddess of wealth, love, prosperity, fortune, and the embodiment of beauty. She is said to bring good luck and is believed to protect her devotees from all kinds of misery and money-related sorrows. And even random plunges in PM prices.

Dare I ask where we could buy that. I haven't seen it on any of the usual suspect dealer websites.

At the risk of sounding a bit gay - that is gorgeous. I love my gold (as I do my silver) but the extra stamp is sooooo... nice. I remember the Oriana bars.

Think I'd like to own the 1 oz'er in person..........seems a good price @ that joint !

:)

Hey Jordan .. Welcome formally to SS.

Hope to see you lurking more around these parts.

Will catch you for a drink next Wednesday. Your shout!

I'm going to pick up one of these for sure, Does anyone know if these are limited in any way? I like the liberty PAMP bars that are on the PAMP website too but I cant seem to find them in any of the Sydney gold retailer websites. Are they limited too?

Sorry for the stupid questions, I'm new to stacking.

It says 'limited edition' so any idea when production will end? Thinking it'll run until Diwali

Please note that the Lakshmi gold bars, are investment products and the maximum mintage is 300.000 pieces per design.

300,000 is a lot isn't it? I bought one of the 1oz ones. Its pretty sweet...

It is but when you put in the context of Diwali, it's very little. About 1bn Hindus celebrate it and gifting gold is part of the celebration (considered auspicious). They also pray to Lakshmi. So gold with the goddess of wealth and prosperity on it would be more appealing than the generic bars they might otherwise buy.

I can understand why but its a pity they don't come in smaller sizes. I can't justify $1400 in one purchase. I'd like one though.
